I would like to send this message to all the religions of the world. If you really have the best religion and you know it without a doubt, how come your God has not given you the ability to convince everyone that he is superior to others? Do your religious beliefs come from traditions that have never been questioned?
Is your religion truly the best or are your religious leaders afraid of other religious leaders and non-believers? How could he find the best religion in the world, if every religious leader who seems to be able to communicate effectively seems to avoid honest questions about his religion?
If your religion really believes in love and practices compassion, while giving to those in need, why would you judge another religion wrong? I’m going to venture here and speculate that most religions fear judgment, but other religions. They easily control their followers, as mothers and fathers are replaced by their children, who often never question their traditions or religious beliefs, which have been passed down through the centuries.
If you really have the best religion, you should be able to provide answers to almost any question and your God should have given you the ability to convince anyone that your religion is superior to all others.
I consider myself a decent and honest person, if I can’t convince someone that I’m right, it may not mean that I’m wrong, but I won’t avoid any question that they have to ask me or make something up, to prove a point.
If I can’t answer an honest question, I’m surely not going to answer with the simple statement: “You just need to believe” or “Everything in our religious text is true.”
Organized religion should not be afraid to answer any question and give answers that make sense. That is probably the reason why there is not just one religion, because the religious leaders cannot fully understand their religious scriptures.
