Instead of throwing away all the things that have worked in the past, there is a way to bring online and offline marketing together. This is the most effective way to build a team that is not only great but also strong with a great sense of community. As humans we all long for a sense of togetherness and belonging, and when you can create that with your team while still using the reach of the internet, you will experience something very powerful.
What hybrid marketing looks like
If you want to trade with both methods, it may look like this:
- Generate Lead Online
- The lead goes through the sales funnel
- You talk to the leader live on the phone
- Meet the leader in person (if local)
As you can see, the internet did the sifting and sorting work. I was just there for closure or confirmation. This will allow you to use your time effectively, build a great team, and is good for duplication.
