In addition to having a wide range of health and wellness products, it appears that Amega Global may have invented its own dialect. Fortunately, this Amega Global review is strictly about the business opportunity and not the product line. I won’t even try to decode terms like Bio-Energetic, Amized Fusion, EGA Consumables, Zero Point Energy, or AMFoods.
Amega Global was incorporated by a group of three companies in 2006. The company’s products are manufactured throughout Asia and distributed through the Network Marketing business model. They have achieved a global presence with offices currently in 17 countries.
Amega’s global leadership.
Whenever a network marketing business opportunity is being considered, the first thing a potential new distributor should investigate is the ownership and management team. This is often overlooked by countless network marketers. Your ultimate goal as a business partner of Amega Global should be to produce lasting residual income and you want to be sure that the company is committed to operations within the network marketing industry for many years to come.
Both Calvenn Starre (VP of Business Development) and Rick Fleshman (VP of Marketing and Operations) have long and lucrative careers in network marketing. However, there is no reference on the company’s corporate website that Eric Banks (president) or Arun Kemer (CEO) have spent any time or have any experience in network marketing. This should be a top concern for anyone considering this opportunity because their future commission checks will be greatly affected by the decisions of these two gentlemen.
In the last month alone, two major MLM companies have abandoned the network marketing business model and in the process eliminated thousands of commission checks from hard-working distributors almost overnight. In both cases, those decisions were made by executives with little or no network marketing experience. Does this mean that it will certainly happen with Amega Global? Absolutely not. But as a business partner, you must understand that you do not own anything and that the company can change its salary structure or means of distribution as it sees fit. This is why all veteran Networkers always look to leadership first when considering a new opportunity and you should too.
Compensation plan.
Amega Global has a binary compensation plan that seems to have become an industry standard in modern years. The 10% binary compensation is solid, and the bonus structure appears to favor associates who recruit a lot. With the fast start bonus set at just 10% for new associates, this appears to greatly favor those at the highest achievement levels. This is both good and bad, depending on what your current rank is. Mega Matching Bonuses pay seven generations from Diamond and under to Associate Director. There is a builder pool set at 1% of the full country pool for Diamond and below. This is a fantastic incentive for new associates who are actively developing their business.
Marketing.
Being a health and wellness company, it is not surprising that the only reference to grow your business is through sharing the product with friends, family and associates. These methods are effective and have worked for decades; however, the company does not appear to offer any assistance to associates who want to develop their businesses online. The techniques used for offline marketing cannot be implemented in today’s online world. It is unfortunate that the company does not offer any type of tracking or lead generation system that I can see.
Anyone who wants to develop their Amega Global business online must understand that personal branding is the key to finding true success on the Internet. Sharing bracelets and magic wands will not create colossal organizations or strong teams online. This can only be achieved by offering real value and demonstrating strong leadership skills.
