Follow these steps:
- Breathe into your diaphragm (your stomach should expand, your shoulders should not rise)
- Feel how the entire front of your body, your chest, your stomach and even your testicles are enlarged.
- When you exhale, imagine the air going up your spine
- As you continue to exhale, feel it travel from your spine to your head.
- With the last of your breath, feel it finally come back down into your diaphragm.
- Finally start the cycle again with each breath.
