1. Comfortable walking shoes – Niagara Falls are a natural wonder and as such you will be hiking for a long time, so be sure to bring your favorite slippers or comfortable loafers. Many of the other attractions in the area, such as Niagara Falls State Park, Fort Niagara, the Botanical Gardens, Niagara on the Lake, the wineries, and more, require an extensive hike to fully enjoy the experience.
2. Your birth certificate or passport – Are you planning to cross into Canada? Most visitors to Niagara Falls cross from the United States into Canada. Make sure you have your birth certificate and / or passport with you to ensure a smooth border crossing.
3. The right clothes – Many of our tourist friends visit Niagara Falls every year and do not bring the right clothes for the time of year they visit.
